garretts Story

Garrett Shanks is an up and coming horse trainer based out of Millstadt Il, conveniently located 15 min east of St. Louis, Mo. Garrett has had the opportunity to travel and work with several professionals around the country in mini internship positions.

Garrett has competed in over 6 Mustang Training competitions such as the Extreme Mustang Makeovers and TIP challenges. Garrett continues to show and compete in Open horse shows and training events.

Late Night Dreams

Sheza Dancing Dream is a 4 y/o Mustang mare born in holding. Sheza was Garretts first personal horse and mustang he competed with in the 2018 Lexington Ky Youth Extremem Mustang Makeover. Garrett has since kept Sheza and they work together preforming demos and learning opportunities to help educate and promote the Mustang Breed!

Late Night Dreams, or Jimmy for short is a 3 y/o Pinto Mustang Gelding that Garrett adopted and trained. Garrett has since registered Jimmy with the Pinto Horse Association and plans to show Jimmy in the Ranch Riding class of the Pinto Industry.
